NiNTA purification
Bottles & inlet assignments
Match each physical bottle to the required liquid, then enter what is available. Liquid names follow the selected method.
Bottle fill is a visual estimate from your entered volume and bottle size. Stock is reduced only after you confirm a completed experiment.
Planned workflow
CURRENTVerified workflow blocks
Purification uses verified legacy combinations. Complete CIP is a separate system-tubing workflow using the original CIP inlet selection. Press Build workflow to apply the draft to Protocol, Flow Scheme and Prime TXT. Need a non-standard sequence? Existing-stage overrides are available in Protocol; arbitrary Lego insertion is not enabled in this verified-composer release.
Complete CIP · cleaning, rinse & storage
Cleaning chemicals · B3 / B2 / B1
Water rinses · B8
Final storage
Each fluid uses six routes: Load and Inject to waste, flowthrough and collector. The faster chemical purge stays in injection-valve Waste; flow is reduced before cleaning the routes.
Volumes are editable tubing-flush planning values. They do not establish cleaning efficacy or adequate contact time.
Fraction volumes
Set every collection window manually. Allowed size: 0.1–14.0 mL/tube, one decimal place.
| Collection stage | Stage volume | mL / tube | Stage-only tube estimate |
|---|
Pre-elution / 20 mM imidazole size remains editable while collection is OFF; the configured value becomes effective when collection is enabled.
Ready to generate the Prime script?
After the workflow has been built and configured, this validates the current experiment and saves the exact Prime TXT shown in the Prime TXT tab. Build workflow above changes the verified recipe; this button saves the resulting instrument script.

Errors & checks
Only the remaining active structural, legacy, column, customization and method-pack checks are shown here. True blocking errors are repeated in the right column.
